From June 4 to July 6, 2026, the Hino Proud event 2026 was held across 15 Dealer branches nationwide. The event brought together the leadership teams of Hino Motors Vietnam, Dealer management representatives, and outstanding individuals and teams recognized for their achievements. With a total of 164 awards presented, the program celebrated excellence while fostering pride, dedication, and the enduring values of the Hino brand.
Expanded award categories
This year marked the introduction of two new award categories to recognize exceptional contributions from dealer teams: FY2025 Outstanding Oil Consultation Service & Parts Team and the Best Sales Leadership of the year 2025.
These new categories not only broaden the scope of recognition but also reflect Hino’s commitment to encouraging balanced growth in both sales operations and after-sales service, with the ultimate goal of enhancing customer satisfaction throughout the entire network.
Inspiring stories
The stories shared during the event strongly embodied the Hino spirit. Representing the award recipients from the North and South regions in the Best Salesman of the year 2025-2026 category, Mr. Vu Anh Dan and Mr. Tran Van Thao shared: “This award is not only recognition of our efforts but also a reminder that we must continue learning, innovating, and improving ourselves every day to live up to the trust placed in us by the company and our colleagues” and “with unity, determination, and strong teamwork, we will continue to achieve new milestones and help the Hino brand grow even stronger in the future.”
Also honored in the 5-Year Long Service Award category, Mr. Nguyen Huu Loc (Hino Vinh Thinh Dealer) and Mr. Nguyen Minh Nhat (Hino Covato 2 Dealer) shared: “This recognition is a valuable acknowledgment of our daily efforts and a motivation to continue enhancing our expertise and achieving future goals. Hino is not only a workplace but also a place where I grow and develop every day.”
Representing the winner of the FY2025 Outstanding Service & Parts Team Award category, Mr. Nguyen Bao Tam from Hino Ngoc Thanh Dealer, Ben Tre Branch, emphasized the importance of teamwork: “Success does not come from the efforts of a single individual, but from the support, trust, and collaboration of an entire team.” He also delivered a meaningful message: “What defines the value of five or ten years is not merely the passage of time, but the people who have built that journey together.”
A highlight of the program was the presence of Mr. Nozomu Harada, Chief Total Support Officer (CTSO) of Hino Motors, Ltd. (HML), Japan, at Viet Dang Dealer, Soc Son Branch. His attendance demonstrated Hino Global’s strong commitment and support for the continued development of the Hino Vietnam dealer network.
FY2026 strategic direction
In addition to the award ceremony, the program featured presentations from representatives of the Sales Department and Service Department, who shared Hino’s strategic priorities and objectives for Fiscal Year 2026. These strategic directions are aimed at improving business performance, service quality, and customer satisfaction across the network.
As the program concluded, Hino Proud 2026 stood not only as an occasion to recognize and appreciate the remarkable contributions of outstanding individuals and teams, but also as a platform to strengthen unity, foster professional pride, and inspire the determination to achieve new goals in Fiscal Year 2026.
