On October 26, 2026, Hino Motors Vietnam, Ltd. celebrated its 30th Anniversary (1996–2026). Carrying the overarching theme “Moving forward with Vietnam”, the milestone marks a three-decade journey of accompanying Vietnam’s socio-economic development, steadfastly pursuing its mission as “A Reliable Business Partner” and providing comprehensive transport solutions to customers nationwide.

The anniversary ceremony was honored by the presence of representatives from the Embassy of Japan in Vietnam, shareholders from Hino Motors, Ltd., BRG Group, and Sumitomo Corporation, as well as representatives of Vietnamese state agencies, valued customers, strategic partners, and Hino Motors Vietnam’s authorized dealer network.

A 30-Year Journey of Creation and Sustainable Development

Hino Motors Vietnam was officially established in 1996, embarking on a journey driven by the aspiration to contribute to elevating Vietnam’s transportation industry. In 1997, the first Hino trucks rolled off the line at the Hanoi plant, carrying a commitment to superior quality, durability, and reliability to every customer.

In the spirit of continuous improvement and portfolio expansion to meet increasingly diverse transport demands, Hino currently provides light-duty trucks HINO 300 Series and medium- and heavy-duty trucks HINO 500 Series. All products comply with Euro 5 emission standards, engineered for operational efficiency, fuel economy, and reduced environmental impact.

Going beyond delivering high-quality commercial vehicles, Hino Motors Vietnam has pioneered the Total Support ecosystem, encompassing comprehensive after-sales services, financial services, insurance, and professional fleet management solutions to maximize uptime and optimize business performance for customers.

Parallel with business operations, Hino Motors Vietnam is consistently committed to sustainable values for the community and society.
